Working principle of braiding machine:

Braiding machine is divided into spindle type braiding machine and rotary type braiding machine according to its movement form. According to its working state, there are vertical braiding and horizontal braiding.

1. The working principle of spindle type knitting machine is a fixed part of the table (vertical or horizontal), on the table there are intersecting and tangentially connected "8" shaped trough in the groove and divided into two equal parts, evenly cross each other and equal speed of opposite movement. In this way, the spindles are constantly driven back and forth, so that the copper wire is braided to the cable surface and the braided layer is formed.

Its working principle is that the circular rotary plate in the middle of the equipment drives half of the spindle to rotate, and the other half of the spindle rotates along the curve in the opposite direction on the fixed torus to form the cross of copper wires and weave the intercable surface.

3. Composition and transmission system of spindle braiding machine:

The real movement path of the spindle is realized by the long rims under the spindle seat along the track composed of the disk body and the core wheel. The 36 spindles are divided into two groups of 18 spindles each, and the two groups rotate in opposite directions to make the copper wire cross and form the braided.
